Today's recipe is for Rotel Cheesy Dip.

Here's what you will need:
2 cups or 1 package of your favorite cheddar cheese
1 can Rotel Tomatoes drained
(I use mild, but you can use hot)
1/2 cup of mayo
a dash of creole seasoning (optional)

Mix all the above together in a bowl.

Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
Super easy.  Super good.

OK, this weeks Friday Favorite is the Ronzoni Garden Delight noodles.  They taste so good.  I use them for everything.  Good to know you are getting some veggies while your eating something yummy.

So this weeks recipe is one of my favorites to make.  I can't take credit for it, I got it from The Pioneer Woman website.  It is called Sour Cream Noodle Bake.  You have got to follow the recipe exactly for it to turn out right (trust me on this one).

This is what mine turns out looking like.  The only thing I have been doing different is using the new Kraft cheese with the Philadelphia Cream Cheese in it.  It seems to make it a lot creamier.

Here is the link for the recipe:

So go out and get all the stuff and make it tonight.  It is so yummy.

I just love our backyard.

It's time for Friday Favorites again.  So here is this weeks favorite.

The game Hullabaloo.  This is a great game for kids about ages 4-6.  You lay the pieces out on the floor and the sound box tells them what to do.  So much fun to sit and watch the kids play.

Here is the website where to buy:

Turkey Burgers with Gravy
and
Easy Peezy Rice

Start with a box of frozen turkey burgers.

Fry in some olive oil, a few minutes on each side.  No need to fry them all the way through as you are going to be cooking them in the crock pot.

While you are cooking the burgers on each side, whisk 2 cups of water with 2 packs of turkey gravy mix.

Place the turkey burgers in the crock pot, cover with the gravy mix, and add some saute'd onions on top.  Cook on high 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

All done.  Serve over Easy Peezy Rice, recipe follows.

Easy Peezy Rice

Start by coating the inside of a small crock pot with oleo/butter.

Add a cup of Uncle Ben's parboiled rice, and two cups of water.

Mix in some garlic salt and a couple more dollops of butter.  Mix well.

Cook for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours on high.  Stir occasionally to prevent sticking together.

End result:  The best rice you have ever tasted.  Enjoy.

OK you guys its Friday again.  Time for my Friday favorite.

This weeks favorite is:

If you want to keep your kids busy for hours on end this will defiantly do it.

They come in small/regular..........

.....and the new larger ones called Biggie Beads.

These have worked wonders, especially if you have a child with issues with fine motor skills.

You can go to their website and print our patterns for your kids to follow.

With the biggie beads if you buy the larger clear peg board, after you print out the pattern, you lay the clear peg board over the pattern and it is easy for the kids to follow the pattern.

Here is that website:  http://www.eksuccessbrands.com/perlerbeads/

You can find these just about anywhere now:  WalMart, Michaels, Joanns, Amazon.com.

I usually buy mine on Amazon.com.  There you can buy by specific color, like skin tone, we seem to run out of that color pretty fast.
